The sound quality of the headset is really pretty good... It has issues sometimes flipping into stereo when I first turn it on. The only issue I have with them is around taking calls for people to hear me I have to yell. I adjusted the bluetooth Mic gain and now people say that there is too much background noise. Over all I like them. I just wish I could find the correct gain settings to make them work well.
