| I agree with Phodaee , i was a qwest customer for years until recently when i started gettin unknown charges and balances and the services started to weaken. data plan was $25 for unlimited and now its $40 for 100 mb, crazy if you ask me and that alone made me switch carriers. | |

| QWEST to my knowledge NEVER has roaming fees, if you are charged for them its a mistake and YOU should address it appropriately. qwest is goos, although I will consider a different carrier upon my 2 yr contract ends | |

| I just called Qwest, they don't have any roaming fees for any of their new plans. It's actually a good deal with the bundle discounts. | |

| I've never had a problem with quest. I get at least two bars even in the basement of our office building, and in my travels throughout the country I've always been satisfied with their service. | |

| I have had 5 motorolla Q's...Qwest will not replace with a different phone, dropped calls, unable to place calls at times, one number service does not work, phone turns off and on randomly. This has happened with all 5 phones. I have had Qwest for 10 years but the service I have received concerning this phone is unacceptable. I paid $200 for the phone and have lost so much time trying to deal with this very frustrating phone! I have 3 other phones on Qwest and they all work properly, when I roamed in Southern Arizona the phone worked properly on another Network. Qwest should offer me a credit or a comprable phone to the Q for what I paid. I love the voice recognition when the phone actually works. | |
