Everything Q will be giving away a free Moto Q 9m for Verizon Wireless in our Rockin' The Q contest.

To enter, simply post the name and artist of the song you'd rock out to on the Moto Q 9m in the Rockin' The Q contest thread.

The winner will be chosen by random drawing, so don't worry if you rock out to Celine Dion or Kenny G, your chances to win remain the same. Only one entry per member. Multiple entries and/or account registrations are strictly prohibited. You must post in the Rockin' The Q contest thread to be entered. Entry deadline is April 30th. One lucky winner will be randomly chosen to win a brand new Verizon Moto Q 9m smartphone on or about May 5th, 2008. (Does not include wireless service. Winner must contact Verizon for service.)

• HOW TO ENTER: To enter, visit the Everything Q Rockin' The Q Contest thread on the World Wide Web at www.everythingq.com and post the song/artist that would you rock out to on the Moto Q 9m.. Limited to one entry per person, irrespective of the method of entry. Subsequent entries per person will be disqualified. Everything Q is not responsible for their failure to receive entries due to transmission failures, technical malfunctions and/or other conditions beyond its reasonable control.
• ELIGIBILITY: You must be eighteen or over to enter and win, and a legal resident of, and currently living in the United States.
• LIMITATION ON LIABILITY: By entering this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and agree to release the Sponsors and Administrators, and their employees, officers, agents and directors (the Sponsors and Administrators, and such others, collectively, the Released Parties), from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this drawing and/or use or acceptance of any prize.
• GENERAL CONDITIONS: This Contest is void where prohibited. The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the Contest. The Released Parties are not responsible for incomplete, garbled or delayed Internet/e-mail computer entries.
• WINNER SELECTION: The prize winner will be selected on or about May 6th, 2008 through a random drawing of all eligible entries received. All drawings will be conducted by Everything Q, whose decisions and interpretations of these Official Rules shall apply and be final and binding.
• Winners will be notified by e-mail. If a winner does not respond and meet the below requirements within one (1) business day of attempted contact, Everything Q reserves the right to randomly select an alternate winner from the names of all entries that did not win a prize. In order to receive a prize, winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where legally permissible, a publicity release, and may also be required to provide additional information (which may include, but not be limited to, social security or other tax information), waivers and releases. Winner will have one day to provide all such information and to execute and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and publicity release (if required by EverythingQ). These documents will, among other things, release the Released Parties from any claims, losses, injuries or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Contest or the use or receipt of any prizes, and allow the use of the winners name and likeness. Failure to comply with the foregoing, or the return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable, may cause the winner to forfeit their prize and Everything Q reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
