What can I do if my Motorola Q is running slow

If your Motorola Q is running slow, it's most likely running several programs in the background.

Follow these steps to "end tasks" and free up vital memory for your Q.

  • Press the left soft button or Start menu
  • Using the 5-way navigator, scroll to System Tools
  • Scroll right and select Task Manager
  • Press the right soft button or Menu button
  • Choose from the available selections: Kill, Kill All, Kill All Except Selected.

This will quit all running tasks and provide more free memory for your Motorola Q smartphone.

This is a good suggestion, but I would recommend against killing all tasks while your Motorola Q is synched with your computer via ActiveSync. Do it only afterwards.
