Three-way calling may be carrier-dependent. Here's how I do it on Verizon.

  1. Dial the first number.
  2. After getting connected, press and hold the Send key.
  3. Dial the second number and press the Send key.
  4. Press and hold the Send key to connect the calls.

or

  1. Dial the first number.
  2. After getting connected, press the Home key.
  3. Type the name or number of the second party and press the Send key.
  4. Press and hold the Send key to connect the calls.
