Set up Bluetooth pairing between the Mac and the device. If you still have connectivity problems, try toggling the Bluetooth connection in Missing Sync.
- Establish Bluetooth pairing from the Windows Mobile device to the Mac (rather than from the Mac to the device).
- Launch the Missing Sync for Windows Mobile 2.5
- Click the Bluetooth icon on the top right of the Missing Sync main window to turn off Bluetooth connectivity. Then try to connect in ActiveSync on the device. You may see a message about no communication tool listening.
- Click on the Bluetooth icon in the Missing Sync for Windows Mobile window to turn on Bluetooth connectivity, and attempt to sync.
