Virtual moto Q? - Motorola Q Forum

I work in a maximum security facility, and i have access to an intra net, with a full version of outlook but no outside access. i'm not allowed to install activesynch nor even bring my Q inside. all of my callender stuff of which there is alot is already in there. i have a flash drive that i can bring. What i was wondering : is there a virtual Q that i can cary in fill with info and bring out to then sync through my laptop?
additionally if i could type all my stuff on the PC and then sync it with the Q, like active sync should have a button that says "add task" or appointment.
i will now read the forum for a few more hours and attempt to answer my own question. thanks in advance guys.

What I'm not getting is why you need a 'virtual Q' when you could just copy the files to your flash drive and then use your laptop to transfer them to the Q.

all saves of outlook are done in the secure server, the only thing i can do is save as webpage, and that doesn't work at all, it's always jibberish. I don't have outlook on my home PC and cannot sync gmail with my Q as far as appointments and callenders, what i did do was download yahoo go, which i liked but go only shows you your callender from yahoo, doen't put it on the Q.
if i have typed in an appointment at work, into outlook, there's no way of getting it into my Q without typing it over again. I'd like my phone to tell me right on the home screen what i know at work without the two having to touch. Does that make any sense?

there's no option to save the outlook appointments anywhere but the server when i'm at work, and i can't type all of it over into the flash drive and then sync the flashdrive into the phone.
i have hours of free time at work, in ten and twenty minute bursts, so to sit with my phone and peck out all of my scheduling and stuff AGAIN seems like a waste
