 |  Syncing the Q, to outlook. excuse my tardiness lol... but im getting my Q replaced due to its being crappy. haha... but i need to save all mycontacts and calender dates etc. unforuntatly... i have no idea how to do this. i have even removed activesync and reinstalled it while having outlookexpress open, hoping it would run the setup wizard and notice it, but it skips that step everytime... im really confused. please... help! lol |

 you can copy the pim.VOL file from your Q to another folder on the Q then to your PC this file contains all your contacts and caledar info after you reset just copy it back to a folder on the Q and the back to its original location the file can be found in the root directory (main directory) of the Q
