System Tools or Repair q9m not connecting to A-sync!!

i think everything is fine on the windows(xp) side. when i go into a-sync it shows "Attention required"

Error states: There has been a chnage made on your server that requires you to re-synchronize all items on your device.. Please perform a manual sync.

im confused as to what a manual sync is...

System Tools or Repair Could be a virus

I truly hope this is not your problem but a friend had this issue and we found out it was a virus that target the device. The only way we got to fix it was to master reset the device, delete the partnership and do it all over again. Good luck.
