Default PC does not recognize my Q9h

Help! I can't connect my Q to PC using USB. The PC does not recognize it. Does anybody have a fix?

We'll need more info. What OS? Did you install the appropriate sync software? Or you can search and read up on other similar posts. Try various search terms.

Mobile 6. I installed sync as instructed. I can connect with bluetooth though ...

Windows XP? Activesync 4.5? Is it syncing via bluetooth? Using Outlook 200x?

Is the USB connected directly to the PC or through a hub? Are you using a firewall?

Yes sync 4.5. I can connect with bluetooth but not with USB

Under connection settings is "allow USB connections" checked?
