Default Activesync keeps asking for my password!

I am trying to access my Exchange server using activesync. I've configured the server with the correct info and copied the cert to the Q. The Q begins to sync (says synchronizing folders) but then stops and asks for my LDAP cn and password. The info I am putting in is correct. It never gets to fully sync. I want to change the path below the password field but I cannot.

Any help would be appreciated.

If this is an instance of the Q displaying a password prompt, read on. This fixed the issue for me. In Active Sync, open Tools, Configure Server Source, and edit the servername, userid & PW so that they are the same as you have entered on the Q.
