Activesync and BT COM numbers

Folks, After spending frustrating days trying to get Activesync to connect to my new Q9m over BT, I finally sent email to IOGEAR support. The problem was all my COM ports were being assigned in the upper 20's and Activesync requires they be below 20. Here's Iogears' advice. It works

You need to uninstall the hidden COM ports being used by following the steps listed in the link below.

Once you remove the COM ports not being used it will be able to assign a lower number.
