Wireless VZW sync issues

Hello all, having some trouble with my verizon sync. I had this service with my old Razr (crap) and then stopped using it. But now with the new Q i used my same log in and here are the problems, when it sync's my contacts and after it's done i have about 4-5 of the same names in my contacts list ??? why... but under my sync online account no contacts show up but it says they are there and how many it will sync. Also same with email. My online account shows 80 some emails but nothing is showing up..... what is going wrong....


and i don't want to go delete each contact since Q will only allow one at a time.... So to get rid of all of them till i solve the problem with the sync program I have to hard reset, which is a pain. Any help.
