Wireless Sync - Gmail

ok boys & girls~ i need some help here; i setup Wireless Sync on-line and on the Q, the tests pass with flying colors and it even synced this morning:

Smartphone - 06/20/2007 06:32:05 AM - Synchronization started Connection Info
Connection type: Dialup
Device name: WM_Administrat1
Sync via: Client Push Sync
Bytes in/out: 426/518 (* actual over the air count may be higher)
Duration: 00:04

but the test mail that i can see when i logiin to Wireless Sync is not "pushed" to my Q... think i triple checked all settings but i must be missing something, hopefully you can tell me what.

it goes with saying that i am on Verizon (hence the forum i am posting this in :}

i choose "Sync" in the Wireless Sync application and the emails came in... but that can't be the way it works :}

actually, no...........<gotcha> but of course i did. good one though, guess i had it coming (expected it from another member who's name is classified :}

in any event.. been messing with it off & on and trying all the suggestions the EQ members gave me, oh wait... no helpful replies :]
