OK....so this is going to take a little while...and if I miss questions just reask them and I will address them since I hadn't really noticed this thread until just now (odd since I waste so much time on here

)
Wireless Sync is a program that VZW has designed to allow your handheld device to act more like a desktop and save you time and money. The server is setup to check email every 15 minutes. No matter when your email hits your address WS checks @ 15 minutes. When you send it does have a real time send but you must still wait until that 15 mins goes by. There is a charge for this service unless you are not on an "Advanced Device" since the app comes installed.
The only charge you accrue is the data charge unless you have a data plan..then it is free.
The program allows you to customize completely what you do...and do not want to sync. This is done by:
Start Menu
Wireless Sync
Settings
What to Sync
...and then scroll up and down and select the upper right Settings tab
The program used to allow you to set up to automatically download attachments when I was using it about 4-5 months ago...now it seems that you have to click download on the next sync. If I can find a way around this I will post it. You can choose whether or not to PUSH on the device, this can also be done with the next few steps and you can choose what and what not to sync...

There is sometimes a problem where you are STILL not able to sync there are instuctions that I put in another thread that you can look through and attempt.

You can use 3 different ways to sync. First is called the Corporate Exchange Server which will change you to a different program called GoodLink. This is a service that is just as fast as Blackberrys and is at your fingertips in seconds. It has the same per month charge, but I have very little dealings with it and I find it more cumbersome to use. The next is with Wireless Sync. You can either have the Outlook Exchange Server do it like I saw mentioned above for someone's work or have the VZW wireless sync server check. OES will have to have a computer that is connected online though 24/7. The WS server will just check for you every 15 minutes (the most popular). You can have =8= POP email accts setup in WS and can have =3= Corporate. These are either or and once you hit the limit you have to delete old. Adding and deleting can be done by...

I think this answers everyone's questions...sorry it was long but I was hoping to cover everyone's in one shot. If I left something out please let me know.
