The $30 plan allows the free use of data for anything except the following:

tethering
Microsoft Exchange
VZW Syc

You should be allowed to use mobipush without any extra fees.

Excellent, thanks guys! I was asking because it seems mobipush uses a MS exchange server once gmail is setup in outlook. I love the service, its instant and free, plus no extra programs!
