Oh! Sorry, to be unclear...I got there under "Change Plan". It makes you select a plan, then the features for each phone and it's under features...

Yeah I can do it if we change the plan. But then it would increase the bill for the voice portion so that rules that option out for now.

We would have to update to a new plan to get the 29.99 email web.
Man kid is not so inclined to change the plan at least today. Since we go over our minutes quite frequently well....its not MY fault he may do it since we are over already and out cycle doesnt end until tomorrow.

its there you just have to make like you are really going to change your plan.
depending on how many phones you have on that account and which phone is primary will determin which order the come in.

select a plan first, then select you select features. The data stuff is in the features part.

Yes, I do

Make like you are going to change your plan. (we are on the old plans so the prices on the new ones are about 10 more per mo for the same minutes), then when you select the plan, it will go to a screen where you can change your features. The plan is listed there.

OH, and you know what, we are on a family plan if that makes any difference.

Yeah, we are too...America Share Plan now, but will have to go to Nationwide Plan.

But, I am wanting to get the "new" Q9c, and my NE2 runs out at the end of July, so I'll be renewing for 2 anyhow.

you know what....i asked the CSR if i had to change to the Nationwide Plan (im on America Share Plan) and she said no....ill double check my account but i dont believe she changed that
