One thing that I thought about is that if after the two months of $20 credits, they still won't give me the price, I can drop my Q1 and get a new Q9M, or Q9c if they're avavilable, and then I should be able to get it for 16 months @ the $29 price.
Spend $50 deductable and save $240 plus get a new Q... hmmmm, it's an option.
