Yeahh, life's a b**ch aint it??

I gotta Q too, cant change to THE PLAN. Thought about a 5800, everybody says it's a POS. I don't like the Q9m. Too blingy for me. And I can't type on it.

Yeap, just all makes ya wanna sit down and cry....or lay down and die... or maybe just chuck it all and go back to 2 cans and a string. (Or maybe Sprint).

still thinking about it...
i dont want to..but even when i said 'thinking about canceling contract' when on the phone they were like well sorry...
they didnt try to do anything to keep me!

yea... been there a few times, our couple of hundred dollars a month does not matter.. which i can see from such a big company but it should not even be a matter of money, they should take pride in doing what they can to make/keep happy customers... i know, i am preaching to the choir here :}

after all the times they put me on hold and getting the 'please let us know if we can help you and we solve your problems no matter what' crap

so annoying...

everyone i know is on VZW which would suck for my minutes...

Hello everyone. this is my first post. I didn't get it in writing but was told it will start with my next bill. I will see. I was lucky, I called on Monday and only had to talk to one CSR and she only put me on hold 3 times before she gave me the $29.99 plan. She claimed it was because it was a new plan.

For all you with the Q1, just buy a Q9M, sign up for the new plan. Switch your phone back to the silver online, and return the Q9M. The new plan should stay on your account. And, you will get a full refund as long as you return within 30 days.
