I'd move to any other for atleast 2 years just to prove a point. Some of my friends have had good experiences with Sprint and some with AT&T, so they're not always bad all of the time..LOL
In all fairness to Verizon, they have actually been very, very good to me. Hundreds of dollars in credits for several different things, waived timeframes for certain updates a couple of times in the past decade, so not always treating me like second class, most times as an appreciated loyal customer... but things like this just gets under my skin!!! So I get the Q1 last Sept, then the next schmo gets his Q9m in Nov, we basically have the same damn phone, but he's going to pay $29.99 while I pay $44.99 for the 'EXACT' same thing?!?!... Yeah that pisses me off. We'll just have to wait to see how that plays out in the next couple months for me..
