just called again... dude that "not on the 'older' Q", i said i knew some folks who had it but he insisted "that is currently not the case"..

maybe next time... read my next call :}

That's the standard response I got on my last call, from both the rep and the supervisor. They did already credit me the $20 for this month, I'll just wait to see what happens the following month. If nothing I'll take that next $20 credit for that month and if still nada after that... well that's when I 'will' let them know that they will potentially lose a nearly $2000 per year account due to this crap. If it still doesnt make them flinch, then it's meant for me to move on.

i know how you feel MBK but after my experience with other providers....where would you go?

maybe i should try to call...when im more awake and will get rep details either way...they give me guff when i wanted txt only no data on my daughters Q.

this is one of my peeves with business these days...loyal customers are second class to them.

I'd move to any other for atleast 2 years just to prove a point. Some of my friends have had good experiences with Sprint and some with AT&T, so they're not always bad all of the time..LOL

In all fairness to Verizon, they have actually been very, very good to me. Hundreds of dollars in credits for several different things, waived timeframes for certain updates a couple of times in the past decade, so not always treating me like second class, most times as an appreciated loyal customer... but things like this just gets under my skin!!! So I get the Q1 last Sept, then the next schmo gets his Q9m in Nov, we basically have the same damn phone, but he's going to pay $29.99 while I pay $44.99 for the 'EXACT' same thing?!?!... Yeah that pisses me off. We'll just have to wait to see how that plays out in the next couple months for me..

Agreed, sis. I had other carriers before, but in my area, at least, Verizon has the best service.

me too on the coverage area...but go to LA and folks swear by tmobile coverage

My friends in Vegas also say that Verizon there isn't that great. Not sure what they mean because I've never had any dropped calls or staticky connections when I'm there. ??

those lying sacks of &*!# they never changed my plan...and they have no record of me calling or the guy who i spoke to. was on the phone with them for an hr (my entire drive back to the office) and nothing
liars liars liars

so i asked how much to cancel....
for me its free and for jenn is $100

liars!!

i orginally called to ask about the whole landline issue and then asked to confirm my statment and they said it never took and they cant change it!
