Ahhh, I'll just keep you out of it. Don't want them to react by notifying you that it was a CSR error and that they actually can't give you the pice afterall.

I'm deciding right now. I just got the new phone for my wife, so I have another couple weeks to decide to drop her line altogether since it was out of the two year contract and is still within the 30 cancellation timeframe, and then at that point I'll cancel my number and pay the cancellation charge... which would be equvalent to a month plan cost with them anyways.

Hmmmm, do I give them the 2 months to see if they'll add my Q1 to the compatible list, or do I drop them altogether in a couple weeks???...hmmmm

it's similar to that 2000 free text msgs a month, took me a few calls before i got it... but i did get it.

Yeah thanks RB... just might ca.. again tommorow and try again.

I'll remind them that altough by charging me the $45 bucks per month for the next 16 months or so, if I choose to stay with them at all.... They can gouge me for the extra $270 compared to those that pay only $29.99, BUT I'll cancel when my contract is up and that will cost them $3600 for the following two years because they no longer have my account!

That should get their attention.

Only available for the three devices mentioned, with more to follow. My rep called and told me this, as well as the price not being available to the q because they want people upgrading....This is not a promotional price, so it won't be going away anytime soon.

figured they would add more devices...
kind of dump to force people to pay for a new phone and then screw the old customers...or the ones who cant afford to get a new phone
