Verizon Price Change!

reps saying different things is not new... and well Verizon is a big company so i sorta kinda understand... i am going to keep trying.

I just called them back and this lady acknowledge that it is indeed a new promoyional price, but claims it's only available for the Q9m... I'm waiting to talk to a supervisor now...

Just changed mine..... took about 5 min, she knew about it but took her a while to find in the computer........ now, I just need to find out what I am going to do with my 15 extra dollars a month

Just got off the phone with the supervisor and she also acknowledged that it is a new promotion and that there is indeed the new $29.99 price, but stated that the system wouldn't allow her to override putting the Q1 in over the Q9m..... *sigh* endless BS*

Anyways, she stated that she will monitor it for the next two months becuase she didn't understand why the Q wasn't added neither, and said she'd call me back if it is added. The best that she said she could do was to offer me the $20 credit for this month to offset the price difference, and if it didn't still add the Q1 as compatible the following month she'd input another $20 credit for that next month to offset the difference again.

So atleast it gets me about 3 months of the $29.99 pricing... sort of

But they also atleast acknowledged there was such a new pricing.

I might call them again now to tighten the screws to them since I now know that you have the Q1 and you got the price... so that supervisor 'could have' overrid it if she wanted to.

On a side note... I was planning to throw Sprint and AT&T data plan pricing at them and was surprised to see their prices way up as well???
