Default Verizon insurance plan

So my Q has broken 3 times and I dropped it in the water yesterday. Is that covered under the insurance plan? last time I got it replaced, they said that if it breaks one more time I get a new model. Does that mean i get the Q9c?

Thanks.

water damage doesnt count
check the sticker under the battery and see if its red
if its red then that means water seeped in and they will not issue you a replacement for free

with the insurance there is a 50.00 deductible, but the insurance covers everything, if you are trying to get it replaced through verizon then that is only a waranty replacement in wich does not cover physical damage to phone only manufactures defects, oh and one more thing you can only have two fufilled claims in a 12 month period, hope that helps...

when, I got my phone at sprint. the guy told me not to get insurance. most companies will chrarge you a small fee, 35 to 50 bucks, to replace your phone if they can't fix it. If you figure what the insurance cost per year, it isn't worth it. Check it out.

I thing my Assurion plan is about $6 a month per phone + a $50 replacement fee if I make a claim. Seeing as how the non-contract price is right around $400, I personally feel that the insurnce is well worth the price, especially living with three kids and a clumsy wife lol.

Truth. CIO of our company got verizon to put in an ant. at his house for free because it was in a dead zone. He did pressure them about loosing the whole companies cel/bb business though.....
