You can get push email by using the Mobile Email client by Oz Communications and still be within the bounds of your agreement.

I like PushEffect, however for AOL, Yahoo, etc. the FREE Mobile Email client works for me.

The $29.99 plan works with the original Q as well. Just got done talking to two different CS people. The first told me it would work on my phone and the second said no it wouldn't. After I told her she was wrong she checked and said oh yea it does work for your phone! UGHH how can someone as tech ignorant as I am know more than the CS people that do it for a living!!!

I got the $29.99 plan with my 'classic' Q. No arguement at all. She told me the only difference was the wireless sync (which I don't use). We then had a nice 5 minute conversation about upcoming phones.

where do you get this app?
I go to OZ's website and it describes it, but no file download except a pdf.

This is for verizon only. Put the URL in on your Q IE browser and install the .CAB files directly or hit it from a PC and download the .CAB files to your Q.

Not sure what else you are asking....
