Rating or review Verizon Customer Service Rep???

I didn't know where to post this, so I figured here was good. I'm sure if not, it will be moved!

I just "upgraded" my son's phone, from the free Samsung that I got when I purchased my Q, to the Chocolate. The Chocolate is currently free on-line through Verizon, and since he wants an MP3 player, I figured, why not!

Anyway, I had a question for customer service, so I did the live-chat on line thing. The cutomer service reps name was April, and we got to chatting about phones...she has a Moto Q9h. Never heard of this site (I know! Could you imagine that!!???).

She is looking forward to joining, along w/her brother and sister-in-law! Trying for screen name April, or N-April. Go EQ!!

Maybe she said 9qm...I was trying to do too many things at once, but I know it wasn't the original q. She said brother & sis in law had original q's...

is it the chocolate 2 or the original...the original had problems..

Probably the original, but I took out insurance on it. It was free, and it is for my 12 year old son. I love him dearly, but he is a flake when it comes to these things! Seriously, he's a genius in school, but since he doesn't like to do his work, his grades "have to be lowered" according to teachers. (He ended up with a 98 in science, because mean mommy made him do extre credit to make up for missed homework!) He tests off the charts, but he is a flake. I figure that if there is any problem with the phone, Verizon will fix it or the insurance will!


Just checked the Verizon wirelss site, and the phone they are offering in this promotion is the LG Chocolate (LGVX8550). That is the newer model according to the specs. Let's see what comes in the mail!
