A cool example of this I discovered this morning:

One of my co-workers sent me an appointment from his calendar to accept/decline. When I read the email it had a note that I had a scheduling conflict with the appointment. It also allowed in a seemless way to Accept/Decline with comments. Very fabulous.

Oh, I jumped ship for XA the first week I got a Q! But, I guess the PIM must check against the databases.

i feel like my Q can accept calendar invites...
although i got a canceled appt today and i couldnt do that on the Q...

but pretty cool it sees conflicts that i dont think it does...

if you have Exchange 2007 then you'll be able to get HTML emails. Not with exchange 2003.

We have Exchange 2007 on our server (I think.) As far as I can tell, the problem here is with Outlook 2007. See:
