I installed Active Sync and Mobile Registry Editor. All ready to do the modification, I just have one questions. After the hack it will prompt for a password. What is the password?!

should be whatever you set it for
just make sure you back up incase something gets screwed up

if you have the password protected data connection, will it ask for a password if i connect with my wifi card?

No, it only password protects the Verizon network data connection.
