K, you are expecting some miracle cure for a problem that "comes and goes"? And yes, you might be one of those unlucky souls who actually DOES have to give up, or go to the wall with their provider to get a service agreement fulfilled by them

What other suggestions are you looking for? From what you've said above, you have tried everything, so sorry I said anything to bust your balls man. Also, you have 4 days before you will know anything, so i understand your restlessness from waiting.
