Well I called Verizon back and got another rep who changed the data plan to the $29.99 plan and told me it was unlimited. I told her I thought there was a limit of 5GB and she said no there isn't. I didn't have to change my Family plan either. Hopefully this works. I guess when I get home I'll access my Verizon account online and double check everything. She also told me to dial *228 where the first rep didn't mention that at all.

228 just updates roaming.
there is a 5g cap on the 30.00 plan, but you would have to do some major downloading, etc. to get to it.

1000

tera = 1 000 000 000 000 = 1000 x giga = 1 000 000 x Mega
giga = 1 000 000 000 = 1000 x Mega
Mega = 1 000 000 = 1000 x kilo
kilo = 1000
...... 1
milli = 1/1000
