Push Question

Hopefully this is the last one for a while, then I can get into the hacks and tweaks and all the other fun stuff...

Is there a delay with your email push? If I don't do a wireless sync sometimes it's upwards of 20 or 30 mins before the email hits my phone. I have the settings set up to push everything, so I'm just confused. I've read a bunch of other threads but still confused.

if you just do a regular pop3 account the fastest it can go is 15 minutes...wireless sync will do it as soon as the phone gets it

Wireless Sync can "push" as fast as 15 mins. You need to make sure that you have it set to 15 mins, but every 15 mins it will check your POP access accounts.

If you have Outlook Exchange Server on your computer it will check your POP and AS SOON as you get an email it kicks to the handset on "push" but you need to have a computer with a permanent connection to the internet or else you will not receive emails.
