What are the implications of PDANet usage by unlimited data customers with the $15 broadband access tethering option? Are we still bound by 5G limits or problems exceeding that amount?
The "5 GIG" limit applies to the data you download no matter how you do it. Why would you use PDAnet if you are paying Verizon for the broadband connect option? It would be much cleaner to just set up the dial up networking connection and not have any other overhead software running.
actually I was thinking of running it ocassionally myself even though i pay for tethering because when PDANet is active so is ActiveSync and i could listen to my mp3s while browsing. Cant do that with ModemLink because it drops ActiveSync although i have heard WM6 fixed that problem with its new Internrt Sharing app. It works like PDANet.
