I just called them up and asked. Seems like people have various degrees of success getting to the right CS rep who knows what to look for. I hear there's a 40MB/$20 plan now (http://www.qusers.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=7030) but I haven't tried switching to it yet.

How much use do you think you can get out of 20mb? I never really look at my usage.

about 100 (on average) pages and you'd be at your 20mb limit. (however this range could be anywhere from 20 to 200 pages depening on the size and graphics of the web page -- watch your use carefully)

That's the problem. Without the unlimited package, you would have to keep a close eye on your useage. I'll just pay for the unlimited and not worry about it. But let me tell you...I make sure I get my money's worth!
