Moving from the Q for the LG Voyager - Motorola Q Forum

I have been a Q user since july o6.but I feel like the Voyager fits my needs more.getting on the web is much cheaper.I hope to make the Q a pre-paid phone ? I haven't posted here in awhile,but I found this site to be a wealth of information.keep up the great work !!

That smartphone data package is a tough pill to swallow. I completely understand. Besides, the Voyager sort of blurs the line between smartphone and dumb phone. Now if Verizon would get off it's high horse and enable java, you could even download apps just like you can with the Q.

Yeah, if the voyager had a nicer calendar app and less restrictions, I would be tempted....not. My wife has it and its a gorgeous phone.

I'm about ready to make the same switch. I have never been happy with the Q. I use a Hotmail account and it is a real pain to get to it on the Q. The cost is high but I figure I'll save the $ in lower fees.

My wife's voyager just died. one week after getting the firmware upgrade.
I would wait a bit if you could...its a nice phone, but still has some bugs.
