Default Message recieved/ read notification

Ok, I recently switched from my Razr to my amazing Qm, and I love everything about it, except for the text messaging interface. Most of all, I miss the checkmark that the razr displayed when the message was recieved, and then the next symbol that the message had been read. Now, all i know is that my text is just floating around somewhere, helpless, lost and alone :p. Is there any features that I can implement to rectify this problem? I know there is the notification for the recieved text message, but not when the message is read like on my razr, which is what I really want most of all. Any help?

thanks . but yeah it was always a very useful feature, especially when dealing with a girlfriend lol. but idk, I would just think that it is a feature that was/should be on every phone, especially if it was made after the q, and by the same company! meh.

i hear you & feel your "pain"... but on the flipside, the Q has so many other neat things the Razr did not have :}

uhm... yea, that would be an accurate assessment, unless somebody else has an idea.

there is a option in the message settings to "receive delivery notifications" but nothing to say if they have read it...
