keep in mind most sales reps never know what a Q is or does. I spent 30 min trying to explain that I cant use all the Sprint features on their vision plan, because they dont support the Q. Her response was simply "... it's not Sprint's fault you choose not to use all the features.."

Yeah I got pretty lucky, the guy who manages the Verizon store by me has the Q. He pretty much understands about anything I am trying to do so I have not had any issues.

On that note though, there is a special customer service option for the phone where those folks are supposed to know what is going on (Verizon anyway).

So are you saying that Q owners with Verizon are basically screwed?

Now that is odd. I have the same phone you have and all I did was asked them to put a pay as you go plan on it and asked them to put a data block on the phone. So now all it is, is just that a phone. They cannot refuse putting a data block on it.

$2.00 a message is high. I don't have a data plan, and mayb get 20 pix messages a month totalling $2.00 extra.

Their response has always been that you are using a business phone and that standard rates do not apply because of the different data packages.
