 |  Keep getting "Corrupt or Unreadable" error on alert tones Just got the new Q9c about 2 weeks ago and has been working fine up until about a week ago. I noticed I wasn't getting any sounds when I received or sent a text so I went in to the sound settings and tried to change the alert tones but whenever I select one it gives a popup that says the file is corrupt or unreadable. I thought at first maybe it was an app I installed or a bad reg edit so I did a hard reset and left the phone at factory defaults and about a day later the same thing happened. I searched this forum but didn't find anything and just wondering if anyone else has seen or heard of this happening. |

 |  Are you trying to use the "stock" tones that came pre-installed on the phone, or are you trying to use something else?
