Exclamation Keep getting "Corrupt or Unreadable" error on alert tones

Just got the new Q9c about 2 weeks ago and has been working fine up until about a week ago. I noticed I wasn't getting any sounds when I received or sent a text so I went in to the sound settings and tried to change the alert tones but whenever I select one it gives a popup that says the file is corrupt or unreadable.

I thought at first maybe it was an app I installed or a bad reg edit so I did a hard reset and left the phone at factory defaults and about a day later the same thing happened. I searched this forum but didn't find anything and just wondering if anyone else has seen or heard of this happening.

Are you trying to use the "stock" tones that came pre-installed on the phone, or are you trying to use something else?

The stock tones, and it only does it with the tones that have Alert- at the beginning.
