The pay per KB is a rip you are looking at 1.5 cents per Kb or 15 dollars per MB that means pics taken from your phone at best quality will cost you more than 15 dollars to send. If you want to Pic message then pay for the unlimited data plan ($45). If not you can block the data I did.
