What you need to know...when you press the Internet Explorer button on your phone, VZW knows and chargers. When you press the send/receive on your email accounts, VZW knows and charges. When you press send on a PIX/FLIX message, VZW knows and does not charge. CALL THEM AND ASK!
If someone thought unlimited nights and weekends, then he just might need to have his head examined for not understanding just what he was doing. Seriously! YOU need to understand what you are doing. Furthermore, you need to know what you are and are not paying for.

I have to disagree with you to a degree. In the past verizon always charged for data when sending pix. They are getting better with it and they aren't supposed to, but they do. You can call up and argue it and they will credit you, but they are banking on people not doing anything.
