ok, the question of the day is: how do i find out (did not read the whole contract :} what warranty i have, and which one do i need in case my Q dies.

i ask this 'cuz my sis-in-law has a Q that has sticky keys and the screens goes out on her and she had it a few weeks longer then i have mine.. she is going back to a "regular" phone, i want to be able to get my Q replaced if something bad would happen to my Q...

hmmmm, you can find out if your SIL has insurance on her plan. that's a start. if the Q needs to be fixed, you might just have to pay the deductible (if repairs are greater than the deductible, etc).
