I cant set up my msn.com - Motorola Q Forum

help, I have the q and i tried everything to setup my msn.com email on it and nothing happens. one message says the incoming server is not configured right. what are the right incoming/outgoing servers. any help would be appreciated thanks

try signing in through pocket msn..that will auto setup an account in the mail center.

hmmm...not sure. If you follow the steps like from here you should be good to go!

Or you give the Windows Live Mobile application a try...it pushes way better than PocketMSN.

ok i erased everything and started over, now it just takes me back to the password screen everytime i hit send recieve. what password am i supposed to be putting in? also user name. ive been putting in what my password is on msn, is that right? again thanks for ur helped

yes..In pocketmsn, put in your username@msn.com and the password you use on your pc. And if your inputing server settings your in the wrong place!

im about to give up, nothings working. now its just telling me error. verify account info is correct, which i know my username and passwords r correct. i do the automatic setup and when im done it says success.
