I have a family plan, and in 4 days we are at 238 minutes of a 1400 a month plan. We have not changed our habits. I simply added the Q with unlimited data.
I hate it when I can't tell what I have used. Has anyone else noticed an increase in minutes useage ? |
this sounds like what happened to me when my wife first got her Q
when i was setting up her account they removed my data plan by accident
i got a bill for 500 bucks!
then they said they fixed it...and i got credited it back...then the next month it was 600 bucks!
clearly they didnt fix it...took a while before they realized they F'd up and mixed everything up....
i got it all credited back and didnt pay it but atleast you noticed it right off the bat
what you should do is check to see 'who' you called...if you noticed a 30 minute call to a number you dont recognize and $ amount after its possible they are charing you pay as you go....
just keep on them!
