perhaps it takes what i did... requesting it 3-4 times (by phone) and finally i got a rep who gave it, and she even confirmed it via email :}

I'm a bit confused. I have the $4.99 plan for text/pic. I don't send that many texts/pics. I didn't find an answer looking though. Are pics included in the 2000?

ps. my on-line account states: PDA SMS 2000 ALLOWANCE $0, it just says SMS so again, i think it only applies to text, not pic.

ok so i called this morning and they told me SINCE i have a family plan (with 2 MotoQ's) i cant change to get this...only if my wife and i get seperate plans....WTF?

looks like ill have to call a few more times...
