I had the same deal. I bought my first Q 2 days ago. The first day my Q froze up 12 times! I took it back that night to get it swapped out and now my second one froze up a couple of times today. I called and told me to do a master reset. I did that and I will update you on that if that works out.

good to hear of good resolution . . . looks like this is an ongoing issue and VZW appears to be eating the time and money to just replace Q's and minimizing negative experiences with customers.

Well I did a master reset and it seems to be a working alot better. I still do get the ocassional frozen q, but not nearly as much as I did before. I really don't know what to do with it after this. Let me know if anybody finds a resulation for the problem.

out of my 3 Q's so far, I've had the most freezes / random shutdowns with the VZW "version" that said "Get Applications" instead of "Downloads" on the VZW Full Layout home screen.

I don't know what the versions these were (or if it even mattered?), but my current Q has "Downloads" and that's been the most stable.
