 |  Formatting my SD card I just purchased a Motorlola Q and I am trying to put music and video's from my computer to my phone. Can someone please walk me through the steps including formatting my sd card on my phone if I have to. Thanks  |

|  Give the search function at the top of the forum a try, there is TONS of information regarding SD problems, formatting, installing, etc. You should be able to find the information you need there. If you still have problems, message us back and we will try to help. |
