I believe they make you call data support now if they don't have the phone in the store. They will mark your account in the store, give you the data support # and then once you call, they can see the notes and ship you a FRu replacement. It should come in a nice little white box, just a phone, no battery or battery backing.
After that, you mail your phone back with the return label in the little white box (pack the little white box into a bigger box) and bam you are done!
