 |  Differences in the Q and Q9M? back plates and batteries I noticed on ebay there is a guy selling brand new q 9m for 200-. they do not have a battery or backplate but i was wondering if the battery and backplate for my black Q would fit it? | that was what i initially thought too but he says they have clear esn numbers and that they are not refurbs. I am just guessing that they were purchased in a big lot, about 10 people have already made purchases. Anyways, is there a difference between the back plates? |

| I believe the batteries are the same, but the q9m has two speakers at the rear of the battery cover. Don't know about the Q. Bet you he found it and it doesn't work.

| I went ahead and purchased one. I made an offer lower than the asking price and it got accepted. As for the differences between the Q and the Q9m, it runs on WM6 which is supposedly more stable than WM5 which is on the original Q. There was a thread a few months ago that talked about all the differences. --micah |
