It's a difference of about $15 a month. Does anyone have the 10mb under similar circumstances?

My Professional suggestions:

Get the Unlimited Plan for the first month, see your usage. If it is under 10MB then switch it.

It really depends on what area you are located in...If you are in an urban area, you are really not going to get too bad of service with any provider...

If you are out in the "sticks" though, yes...You need to be very cautious as to which carrier you go with.

My house is on the boarder of 1 - 2 bars with T-Mobile, only reason why I went with the Q - Sprint and not the DASH...

Dash has the WIFI, definitely a leg up on the Q... LOL

I live in San Diego and Verizon sucks. Delayed vm. Calls ring on callers end but not on yours.(this may be happening to you and your not even aware). Not nearly as good reception as Cingular. With cingular EVERY SINGLE CALL rings and shows up in ypur missed call list. If verizon(CDMA) towers are in heavy use you will never even know someone was trying to call you. (of course until you receive their angry vm that pops up a day later).

Why not? The laptop is doing email and the phone is doing talking. Two separate data plans are involved for each.

At the time, I was on AT&TW, but I found that my VZW card would stay connected all the way from Waycross GA to Brunswick GA. My MPX200 Smartphone would not stay in service all the way, but my wireless card did. It was a good thing, because I was providing email product support that day - it was a working day for me - but I wanted to be 50 miles away. I couldn't WAIT to pick up the new Cannondale bicycle that I'd ordered and waited three weeks for.

I don't think my employer ever caught on that I was not where I was supposed to be.

That experience was a strong factor in my staying with VWZ when it came time to get the next phone.

Glad to hear!!

And no, I was not personally using the phone or the computer, my fiance was. I did however receive a couple of phone calls. So i guess we had 2 phone lines and 1 data line working the whole way from LA to Vegas.

Sprint's 15 dollar a month plan does NOT apply to smartphones. You must pay the 40 modem plan, as the phone uses far too much megabytes. Sprint will shut off your phone if this happens. They are not watching your usage, just making sure they get their fair share.
