Have fun with their crappy service. Phone looks cool but not worth crappy service. I have had AT&T and it sucks. It's why I went to Verizon. I called Verizon too and the guy didn't say it was illegal just can't have it on 24/7. In order to use 5 g you have to have it on all the time. They do it so you don't stream a webcam or something. It's what the guy I talked to told me. Still streaming sirius on my phone is cool.

The unchecking of the box in wireless sync worked like a champ. I hope Verizon never finds out.

Heh, never had that issue because I never have set up Wireless Sync (and never will, I actually deleted it.) Using MOL3 since the beginning, having bought my Q in May. Streaming works fine, so this thread caught my attention.

Everywhere else I have read (like howardforum) says the same thing, just do everything you want, but don't exceed the 5GB a month and DON'T tell Verizon reps anything about what you are doing specifically.

You can always check online or dial #DATA for usage stats. You need to be a really heavy user to exceed 5GB. I just use it occasionally on weeknights and weekends while I'm walking around in stores, etc, and I never come close to 5GB.s If I didn't have internet access and my music library available at work, it might be different. Good thing I do.
