Please do not use the "report a post" feature of the forums to inquire about a troubleshooting issue. That feature is used to remove posts that need attending to ASAP.

With regards to your issue, that sounds very odd. How long did it take to download the info? Was it a dead battery perhaps?

How's the TT working? Are the contacts transferred?

Thanks for the help. I am new to forums. TT is dead. Operating systems wiped out on both. No boot at all. Info downloaded and both TT and Q worked untill I turned them off.

If your phone will not boot you might want to try a master reset.

With the phone off of course :P . Press and hold the silver action key for 5 seconds. While holding the action key, press and hold the end key. It will prompt for a master reset.

This will complete wipe your phone.

Hi, RC,

I had an original TomTom Go, and it had a reset hole on the back of it. I bet that 700 has a reset ability, too.
