I got my new phone from assurion and it works great. You have to call from a different line so they can confirm that you tried everything to fix the problem even if you did it with Verizon. Then they should send you a NEW model and not a REFERBISHED one. You prob have a referbished model cuz they are cheap! Maybe you got the one I sent back. lol. Good luck and let me know what happens.

Assurion is giving me a hard time because I don't have another phone to call them on. It's ridiculous. $50 a month for the service, $50 deductible for the new phone, and yet they won't send out a replacement for a defective replacement in the first place. Grrrrrrrrrr. |
